Purchase
Customers who wish to purchase products using this service agree to follow the instructions provided by Colours of Morocco to successfully complete their transactions towards their purchase. Transactions made between the customer and Colours of Morocco will only be made after you are asked to view and check the details of your order and asked to confirm the items selected as your purchase request. Customers will be contacted by Colours of Morocco via an email confirmation regarding their request for purchase and only when this letter has been sent, the transaction will be considered complete between the customer and Colours of Morocco and. When you have not received this confirmation email from Colours of Morocco it’s possible that there had been a network problem, a bad connection or you may have entered your email address incorrectly. In such a case, please call us at 0048 536 300 037 or email at sklep@kolorymaroka.pl for further information. Colours of Morocco will reserve their right to refuse and delete an order even if the transaction has been confirmed via email in case when customer has been deemed not to have upheld any of the terms and condition outlined in this agreement.When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery
In case of international deliveries (outside Poland) all packages are shipped with UPS courier service. Packages are shipped after receiveing payments. Depending on country of delivery the shipping time is 3 to 6 days. The fixed shipping prices depend on country of delivery (

Returns and ExchangesWe are not happy unless you are happy. We take great pride in our products and hope you are delighted with your purchase from Colours of Morocco. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
Return or exchange does not include products made to order: spanish cement tiles, copper bathtubs, copper sinks and terracotta tiles.
Before placing tiles, please check their quality, colours and shapes within 14 days from receiving tiles. After 14 days, there won't be any open complaints about that issues.
Within 15 days from the date you received your product you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. After 5 days and up until 30 days after your order was placed, we will refund the item or provide you with an online store credit. Please note, you will be refunded the cost of the product, however the shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping cost incurred to return the item is also at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise received is damaged.
We do NOT receive refunds of goods from the second quality or because of badly calculated quantities.
